Hi, I’m Matt.
I’m a real estate developer, builder, and investor based in Bend, Oregon, focused on thoughtful residential development, self-storage, and improving the environments we live in.
Through Caresco NW, I create design-forward residential projects that honor the fabric, feel, and charm of Bend. Our work ranges from infill townhomes to modern multifamily communities, with a focus on craftsmanship, timeless design, and long-term value.
I also operate Block Self Storage, a self-storage portfolio in the Pacific Northwest.
I’m building a health-centered home in Bend as a model for a broader offering: homes designed to support human health through cleaner materials, better air, natural light, EMF mitigation, thoughtful systems, and a deeper connection to place.

Prior to my work in real estate development I spent time working in two of my deepest passions: Regenerative Agriculture and Health & Wellness:
Primal Goods Company - A direct to consumer supplement curation brand designed to help creators, athletes, and thinkers bring their favorite wellness products to their audience.
Farmer’s Footprint I grew up on farms in CA and spent the early part of my career in Big (organic) Ag. I became interested in the link between soil health and human health and was inspired to help build Farmer’s Footprint - a 501(c)3 designed to accelerate the adoption of Regenerative Ag.
